Happy National Bicarbonate of Soda Day! Also known as baking soda, it has several uses, such as helping breads rise without yeast, or as a cleaning agent.

Sure, that isn't the most exciting holiday in existence. But New Year's Day is coming up, and that is our main focus here at Moooseum Ice Cream!
