Happy Lutefisk Day! Sadly, I am pretty sure Moooseum Ice Cream will never offer Lutefisk as a Sundae Topping. On the other hand, maybe we should be happy about that. What is a completely crazy sundae topping you want to try?

On the sweet side of things, December 12 is Gingerbread House Day, and December 13 is National Cocoa Day. Just imagine having a cup of hot cocoa topped with Moooseum real whip cream, while building a Gingerbread House. Mmmm.

Random tip- if you aren't going to eat the gingerbread house, why not make it using a glue gun instead of royal icing? It would hold a lot better, that's for sure. Anyway, have a great week!
