There are several days of note this week. The BIG ONE, of course, is Mother's Day, May 12th! Which, I would guess is why May 10th is National Clean Your Room Day! Also, May 9th is National Alphabet Magnet Day and May 12th is National Limerick Day! So just imagine this Ode to Danielle, Chief Ice Cream Artiste, in large alphabet magnets:

There Once Was a Lady Named Danielle.

Her Wish Was Ice Cream To Sell.

"Caramel is Fine,

Hot Fudge is Divine,

But Both With Pecans is Like a Spell!"

Well, ok, it probably needs work. So send us your Limericks!

Also, May 7th is National Lemonade Day! The perfect day for a Lemon Slushie! Or try a Strawberry Lemon Slushie! They are both very refreshing on a hot day!

May 7 : Hinojosa Elementary, in the Aldine ISD- It's going to be a fun time!

May 8 : We will be serving treats to the Deer Park Early Childhood Center!

May 9: We will be at a private event! Make sure to consider Moooseum Ice Cream for all of your dessert catering needs!

May 10: Super Busy! The Big Truck is going to be going to a Teacher Appreciation event for the Schlencker School, then a Sports Banquet at St Mark's Lutheran in the evening. And the Mini-Mooo is going to be doing a sundae bar for Strake Jesuit.

May 11: Moooseum Ice Cream will be at the Southside Place pool for a River Oaks Elementary First Grade Party! Always a fun time!

May 12: Mother's Day! Take the day off and celebrate with your mother!
