It is a new week! All of us at Moooseum Ice Cream are a little tired, after a busy time at First Robotics last week. We have a couple of days to clean dishes and reorganize everything, and then we have a busy weekend coming up!

Tomorrow, April 22nd, is National Girl Scout Leader Day! We have a couple of Girl Scout Leaders associated with Moooseum Ice Cream, and they have put in a lot of time and effort over the years. They are also the reason we use real Girl Scout Thin Mints as an ice cream topping and for our milkshakes. The cookies cost a little more, but it is worth it!

April 23rd is National Picnic Day! Making a meal and eating it outside can seem like more effort than it is worth. But getting outside and “touching grass” can be fun! So give it a try, and you may find you really like it!

Finally, April 26th is National Dueling Dinosaurs Day! Which sounds really crazy, although the reason is pretty cool. There were two intact dinosaur skeletons found near each other, a Tyrannosaurus and a Triceratops. The skeletons are exhibited at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences.
