Hope everyone is having a good Monday. Did you know that it is National Coffee Cake Day? It is! You know what would be good right now? A cup of coffee, a slice of coffee cake, and some vanilla Moooseum Soft Serve Ice Cream! Yum!

And, tomorrow is National Zoo Lovers Day! The Moooseum Food Truck was at Hermann Park yesterday, which is where the Houston Zoo is located. Did you know that this month Hermann Park is hosting The Great Elephant Migration, an art installation with 100 life-sized elephant sculptures? It is pretty impressive, and worth seeing!

Finally, April 11 is National Pet Day. If you have a pet, consider giving them a little extra love. And if you don’t, consider adopting one!
