Happy National Dessert Day! That's something we at Moooseum Ice Cream celebrate every day!

Also, October 17 is National Fossil Day! The Science Museum in Houston has some pretty amazing fossils! Which one is your favorite?

Finally, October 20th is National Brandied Fruit Day! Which probably isn't ever going to be a thing here at Moooseum Ice Cream, but you never know. I wonder if you need a liquor license to sell brandied fruit as an ice cream topping? Not sure, and I doubt enough people would order it to make it worthwhile to offer it. Oh well. What toppings are your favorite on ice cream?
