Did you know October 9th is National Leif Erikson Day? Well, now you do! Not exactly sure how you celebrate it, but Vikings ate berries, so why not a Strawberry Milkshake? Or, Leif, pineapples have leaves, so a Pineapple Milkshake!

October 10th is National Cake Decorating Day! And if you haven't seen the amazing decorated cake balls Angie's Cake Balls makes, you should check out her Instagram! They are delicious and amazing!

Finally, October 12th is National Gumbo Day. Maybe the weather will have cooled off enough that a big pot of gumbo will be the perfect soup to hit the spot!
